Actor Training Course
The "Actor Training Course" has been in operation since 2015, with interruptions in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has successfully trained approximately 180 students from Campinas and the surrounding area. Currently, classes are conducted at the Theater Art and Craft (TAO by its acronym in Portuguese), one of most traditional cultural spaces in Campinas, with a 37-year history and a distinguished presence in the city. Equipped with an Italian stage, a 170-seat auditorium, sound and lighting infrastructure, dressing rooms, production rooms, and an Visualities of the Show – a workshop dedicated to the artisanal creation of the visual aspects of theatrical productions, TAO adds an extra layer to the course with this unique setting, by taking place in a theatrical space, allowing for an enriched focus on theatricality as the core of artistic training.
Aimed at young people and adults, the course provides comprehensive training covering the fundamental components of performing arts. with the actor's work as a structural perspective, in addition to integrating the development of skills related to cultural management. Consequently, the course guides students towards engaging in theatrical practice from the dual perspectives of acting and the necessary production aspects.

Artistic Groups Incubator
Artistic Groups Incubator is a comprehensive project focusing on Training, Capacity Building, and Consulting in Cultural Management, designed for artists across all diverses languages, whether working individually or in collectives. This training process develops skills, tools, and methodologies capable of improving the management structure, as well as favoring the sustainability and constancy of the artistic initiatives of the participants. Since its
first edition (2017), the pedagogical actions have been carried out in person for 118 artists and 40 groups from the interior of São Paulo. Through the practical approach of the pedagogical content, cultural projects of art exhibitions, short films, photo exhibitions, and theater performances became a reality, amplifying the project's impact in the regions it has touched.
Beyond providing training in Cultural Management, each edition of the project has incorporated a focus on Cultural Diffusion and Audience Building through artistic performances. This involves extending the network of relationships to the general public, reaching approximately 2000 people. Thus, the project facilitates an experience of encounter and poetic event for all involved in this pedagogical journey—be it young artists/groups or teachers, also, this event becomes a catalyst for inspiration and imagination, highlighting both the Apollonian and earthly work inherent in the realms of Cultural Management.
In our most recent edition, held in 2021, in a pandemic context, the addition of the word "virtual" to the title signifies the project's realization in digital format - which allowed the expansion of the project to artists and managers from all over the country - and reinforces the character of the project, through the original meaning of the term: virtual comes from the medieval Latin Virtuale or Virtualis, which means virtue, strength, and power. It symbolizes the inspiration and empowerment of artistic projects.
